From the data, we can see:
Resistance: Under different air volumes, the resistance of the air filter increases rapidly with the increase of wind speed.
At 4 times the wind speed, the resistance is 180pa higher than before.
Efficiency: Under the rated air volume, the filter has different filtration efficiency for particles of different particle sizes. The larger the particle size, the higher the filtration efficiency. The filtration efficiency for 0.3um particles can also be ≥95%, and the filtration efficiency for pm2.5, which we usually call, is >99%. It can be said that such filtration efficiency should be sufficient for the in-car environment. If the filter paper grade is increased to H12, the filtration efficiency can reach 99.5%, but the positive force is higher than the original. For the environment where the windows in the car are frequently opened, the editor thinks it is unnecessary to use a very high grade of filter paper. The increase in resistance means that the air output rate will be relatively reduced, which may affect the cooling and heating functions of the air conditioner. If you want a comfortable driving environment, the importance of the car air conditioning filter should pay attention to its daily maintenance. Generally, merchants recommend replacing it 1-2 times a year. We recommend: According to different climatic conditions and driving environments, such as driving in dusty or severe haze areas, the filter replacement frequency may be higher. The selected filter grade does not need to be too high. Under the premise of not affecting the air conditioning function: F7-H11 are better choices.
